Our story
Diarmuid, a native Irishman, grew up on a dairy farm in County Cork in south west Ireland. He always had an interest in food and brewing, starting off with Mead and Cider
After moving with his young family to the Swedish countryside the Uncharted Brewing Company was founded in 2016. The rest, as they say, is history.
The Brewery
Our home is in Eslöv, in the south of Sweden. In our fifteen-barrel plant we can produce up to 2,500 litres at a time. We deliver our beer in either cans or kegs, both fully recyclable.
Sustainability
Sustainability is one of our core values and we work closely with our suppliers and local farmers to ensure that every part of our production is as environmentally sustainable as possible. Also, we work actively with the Sustainability in Brewing Program at Lund University to further the research in our domain.
Our three driving principles are to reduce, reuse or recycle.
